Covid-19 and Your Orthodontic Appointments

Hello to all our Crossley Orthodontics patients! We want to thank you for your patience during this time while we navigate this pandemic together. We have been able to catch up with all patients who have missed their appointments during the last few months, and even meet some new faces.

We want to take a moment to reassure you that we are complying with the CDC and the Health Department with all requirements for your health and safety. We have implemented the following:

·      All patients will have their temperature taken prior to going back for their appointment. If you have any cold systems please call the office and reschedule your appointment. 

·      We have all doors open to prevent any unnecessary contact.

·      Parents are welcome to stay in their cars (We can text you once the patient has finished their appointment,) court yard or waiting area (all chairs are 6 feet apart). 

·      We are keeping patients separated in the Bay Area.

·      Temperatures are taken each day for all staff members.

·      Masks and gloves are required for all staff working with patients.

·      We have a state of the art sterilization system to ensure that all of our equipment is spotless.
