1 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, or a pumpkin-flavored yogurt would be best)
1 frozen banana
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice
